As a Financial Service Representative, you will:

• Build superior customer sales experiences by understanding and addressing financial needs
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy to help customers find the most suitable financial solutions
• Welcome and engage customers both in-person and through outbound sales activities
• Capitalize on cross-sales opportunities while ensuring transparency in product communication
• Review and evaluate online loan applications, assessing creditworthiness and performing financial analysis
• Manage collections activities with a focus on maintaining impeccable service standards
• Accurately secure all required information to fulfill customer applications and maintain records
