The Manager, HR Systems & Analytics is responsible for the optimization, sustainability, and scalability of HR systems and data insights, as well as ongoing management of the HR technology roadmap. This role drives the conceptualization, design and development of HR data and coordinates efforts across various projects by leading stakeholders with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and prioritization.
What will you be doing?
Spearhead the development and implementation of automated solutions to streamline HR processes as needed, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and employee data management.
Own and lead platform innovations, upgrades, change initiatives, and proactive platform maintenance projects
Continuously stay up to date with latest technologies at market within the HR space and provides thought leadership and guidance around advancing new HR technologies and capabilities that are value-driven and create operational efficiencies
Lead the requirements gathering, business casing and implementation of new systems
Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems and data, leveraging their expertise to consult stakeholders across the business on uses of HR data or integrations
Lead the team in the development of processes, policies, and workflows for data management and maintenance, establishes internal controls, and develops audit procedures to ensure data integrity
Manage the overall HR technical calendar and roadmap across HR teams
Collaborate with the HR Leadership team to develop meaningful metrics that provide actionable insights
Ensure data infrastructure supports future growth and the integration of data for analytics and employee insights
Support small to large cross- functional HR projects; individually contributing on related work packages, as well as playing a key central project management role, ensuring alignment across HR and working closely with business and technical teams for successful delivery
Accountable for all reports and integrations delivered from HR systems
Assist HR, payroll, and management users with resolution of business systems issues, managing escalation to external application customer support as needed
Conduct scheduled user access audits
Document and report on activities and milestones for HRLT, key stakeholders and SteerCo meetings
Leadership and day to day management of HRIS Analyst(s)
What experience do you have?
Comprehensive HRIS experience
Hands -on experience with full life cycle implementations such as an ATS, HRIS or HCM system
Advanced expertise in reporting applications and information management tools including, but not limited to MS Office, PowerBI and the Cognos reporting suite. Includes experience with lookup function, macros, pivot tables, excel formulas
Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and peers

As Regional Manager, you will:

What you need to work with us (External facing only):
3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation

Exceptional sales management acumen with the ability to achieve consistent results through others

Maintain frequent visibility and provide leadership to each branch location and audit (both formally and informally) to ensure best practices are occurring for every sale by traveling within your region 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs)

What you need to work with us (External facing only):
3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation
Must be bilingual (French/English)
3-5 years in a customer-facing targeted sales environment is a must; experience in either the consumer loan/personal finance or the pay day loan industries is strongly preferred
Exceptional sales management acumen with the ability to achieve consistent results through others

As an Application Support Systems Analyst, you will be working closely with the L2 onshore/offshore development teams, providing design and system analysis support for development projects to include application development, system and data migrations, and functionality & feature additions. You will investigate Salesforce tickets, provide on-call support in Major Incident Management, and leverage your strong communication skills to create documentation to streamline workflows and guide our end-users in achieving their objectives.

As the Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will push goeasy to achieve its goals by ensuring IT Security standards are met across the organization and our team of Access Management Analysts continue to meet Service Level Agreements set by the business. Strong knowledge of ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow/FreshService).
Strong understanding of multifactor authentication, preferably with direct experience using Okta Verify.
Experience with Privileged Access Management (e.g., BeyondTrust) and Identity Governance Tools (e.g., Okta IGA, SailPoint, Saviynt).
Experience with Identity and Access Management orchestration and governance technologies preferred.

We are in search of for Loan Processing Administrators for our Lendcare subsidiary. They will be responsible for processing loan applications, credit bureaus, and other required documentation to help generate a lending decision to approve or deny loans following LendCare’s guidelines and policies. Responsbilities
Reviews loan documents to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and within LendCare's policies and procedures.
Maintains constant awareness for loan product and system improvements to enhance service and production.
Perform initial appraisal of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications.
Conclude on all applicable financial and non-financial criteria and develop loan repayment plans.
Verify all documentation provided by the applicants when they applied for a loan. This includes pay stubs, income tax returns, bank accounts, and other documentation.
Follow up with merchants to clarify important points

Vos responsabilités :
Assurer et stimuler la croissance des magasins de détail en veillant à ce que chaque transaction soit optimale pour le client et pour l’entreprise
Offrir aux clients des expériences de vente de qualité supérieure en les accueillant et en dialoguant avec eux
Être un ambassadeur de marque exemplaire grâce à la connaissance et à la compréhension de notre activité, afin d'être considéré comme un expert en la matière lors des occasions de vente
Administrer les opérations de vente au détail en gérant les comptes clients, les activités de recouvrement, ainsi que le marchandisage et l'entretien du magasin
Fournir le meilleur service lors de la livraison de nos articles au domicile des clients
Gérer les comptes débiteurs en surveillant les comptes en souffrance sur une base hebdomadaire
Assurer l'efficacité opérationnelle de la vente au détail en supervisant tous les éléments de recouvrement pour le magasin et s'assurer que tous les articles de vente récupérés sont nettoyés, remis à neuf et réparés au magasin de détail en temps opportun
