As the Manager of CRM you will help implement a digital lifecycle marketing platform and lead the marketing strategies and execution for distinct customers segments with a focus on testing and continual optimization.

You will report to the VP Digital and interface with nearly every part of the business

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy, planning and execution of all digital customer lifecycle engagements
  • Build, test and deploy automated marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments that drive incremental customer value and deliver on funnel metrics
  • Map customer journeys and use A/B and multivariate testing techniques to optimize campaigns
  • Build and manage digital referral and loyalty programs
  • Implement and be well versed in the latest marketing automation tools
  • Champion a cross functional team for campaign execution, including ideation, creative production, testing, deployment and reporting.
  • Analyze customer behavior and their key characteristics to improve engagement initiatives.
  • Present findings to senior management to drive business and marketing decisions.
  • Work to rally teams across the business to improve customer experience, and work together in new ways with new technologies.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience (email marketing, marketing analytics or similar); we are seeking a Digital native
  • Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experience with a measurable track-record of success, supported by ROI outcomes.
  • Ability to deep dive into performance data on a daily basis, drawing conclusions and building campaign strategy based on data.
  • Proficient with ESPs, email flow building, personalization and drip campaign creation.
  • Mobile app retention and mobile messaging marketing experience a plus.
  • Copy writing experience an asset
  • A strong understanding and background in marketing communication principals and best practices
  • A strong understanding of digital design principals, user experience design and deliverability best practices
  • Experience with web analytics and analysis tools (ie Google Analytic , Excel, etc.).
  • Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills when working with teammates who may be either data-driven or more qualitative
  • Understanding of HTML is a plus
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys problem solving
  • The desire to continually learn and become the best in your craft
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and fearless in your ability to bring forward and execute new and innovative marketing tactics – willing to take risks!
