Goeasy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Operations Coordinator to join the goeasy family.  The Learning Operations Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to administer our LMS (learning management system), manage all learning-related reporting, and proactively seek out and solve opportunities to create operational efficiencies. They will work closely with our easyfinancial services and easyhome lines of business, as well as within the inter-disciplinary HR team.  The Learning Operations Coordinator will act as a liaison between Learning and our Field Teams, responding to learning-related employee inquiries and supporting all employees through the onboarding and ongoing learning programs. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining licensing records, and managing the associated learning requirements for license maintenance
  • Administration of all LMS-related processes, including maintaining the learning catalogue, assigning learning plans and courses to employees, Preparing HR documentation as required, and resolving issues
  • Preparing scheduled reporting on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis as well as ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Managing the learning team mailbox, by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and resolving LMS issue
  • Providing Learning administrative support to the team, including (but not limited to) program implementation and evaluation
  • Proactively seeking out and solving process efficiency opportunities across the team
  • Handling ad-hoc projects and management requests as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Adult Education, or a related discipline (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role but preference to candidates with experience in a learning & development position
  • Intermediate to advanced overall MS Office skills, with advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of, and experience with:
    • Learning Management Systems (Saba, SumTotal, etc.)
    • Virtual learning platforms (e.g. WebEx, Go-to-Meeting, Adobe Connect, etc.)
