We are expanding our team of Business Development Associates for our LendCare subsidiary. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career eager to gain target-driven experience in the financial industry.

Key Role Objectives:

• Spearhead the growth of LendCare’s partner network across Canada.
• Engage with potential partners via phone, email, and virtual meetings, showcasing our cutting-edge technology and financial products.
• Drive the partnership process from initial contact to the execution of agreements, facilitating seamless payment solutions for consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively schedule and coordinate appointments for Senior Business Development Representatives with prospective partners.
• Utilize your prospecting skills to identify and qualify new leads.
• Make a strong first impression as you introduce decision-makers to LendCare’s innovative solutions.
• Play a supportive role in assisting Senior Representatives to seal the deal with new partners.
• Manage and process partnership documentation with precision and care.

Requirements:

• Educational or professional background in sales or business development.
• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and making outbound calls will set you apart.
• A passion for achieving targets and thriving in a results-oriented environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to engage effectively with partners.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Soft Phones, Virtual Meeting platforms, and Digital Contract Signing tools.
• Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON
