What will you do as Loan Processor?

Processors apply detailed knowledge and understanding of company policies and exception approvals.
Assess and analyze loan applications; review, evaluate and analyze credit and financial history of applications including capacity to pay to make final processing decision.
Grant approvals applications in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department as a loan processor
Provide rationale to branch managers in regards to the underwriting process and the analysis that took place where such applications are either approved or refused.
Adhere to acceptable review timeframes for analysis of applications and processor best practices
Incorporate new (or changes to) policies and procedures in a live environment fluidly so as not to disrupt workflow for the processing unit.
Answer queries from sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for analysis and/or exception approval from the processing team.
Pinpoint fraudulent documents during analysis and report these to appropriate departments and the processing unit.
Match and validate application information such as income, paystubs and credit ratings to make a final processing decision in the approval process
What you need to work with us:

Background in credit analysis is an asset
Call Centre experience an asset
High level of computer literacy, Intermediate to Advance skill level in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Organizational, time management and computer skills
Written and verbal communication skills

About the Opportunity:
This is a challenging role that requires accuracy while maintaining SLA targets in a fast-paced environment. Rotational support is required as we cover all hours across Canada. 
Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce tickets, collections support and other various duties as required
Handle ticket escalations during operating hours (weekdays and weekends)
Liaise with the Retail Network to identify potential opportunities for training and process improvement
Providing customer service, coaching and support to the retail network
Processing adjustments to customer’s loan accounts as required – frequency changes, due date changes, interest waives, NSF fee waivers, loan voids, etc. within established SLA’s
Providing back up coverage to other peers within the Central Operations Department
Ensure that the systems are used to their full capacity and constantly seek improvements, modifications and changes to further improve the efficiencies of the organization
Ensuring all processes/and or tasks are fully documented and/or maintained. Meet and or exceed SLA's as defined
Any administrative and customer service support as required for the Indirect Channel

Qualifications:

1 - 3 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry in a related role
Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook, Basic Accounting knowledge (asset not mandatory)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think outside the box
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and effective manner
Experience working in a fast-paced environment Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision

goeasy is seeking an IT Vendor Management Analyst to bolster our IT Vendor Management Office (VMO). Reporting to the Manager, IT Vendor Management, you'll review data, escalate trends, and ensure top-tier customer service while mitigating risks associated with key vendors. Understanding goeasy’s vendor policies, you'll assist in contract compliance, lifecycle management, and optimizing third-party spend.
What will you be doing?

Maintain third-party IT vendor relationships by reviewing and analyzing vendor intake, escalating and following up on unresolved issues, and participating in necessary vendor meetings.
Analyze service level agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, understanding contractual terms, and providing input on contract changes and business-impact assessments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to align objectives, manage risks, and support business requirements.
Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, attending meetings and coordinating RFP activities.
Analyze and upload executed service level agreements in the contract lifecycle management tool, ensuring timely reporting and addressing notifications and termination notices.
Analyze documentation related to vendor management processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and collaborate with the Manager, IT Vendor Management for updates.
Assist in monitoring internal and external environments for business opportunities and changes.
Transfer knowledge, assist in ensuring vendors meet defined requirements and goals, and stay updated on market trends.
Support IT vendor governance framework by organizing quarterly review meetings for key IT vendors.
Analyze key trends in global supply and industry, recommending modifications to accommodate regulatory, legislative, or industry changes.
What experience do you have?

Post-secondary education in Contract Administration, Business Administration, Commerce or Financial Management, or an equivalent program.
3 - 5 years of experience in vendor management and/or project management in an Information Technology Procurement function is preferred.
Adept in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and competitive price analysis.
Well-developed negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to ensure vendors adhere to contract terms, operations service support and service delivery.
Experience establishing and maintaining reporting performance standards and processes including supplier performance scorecards.
Knowledge of current technologies and services such as Software-as-a-Service (SAAS), Cloud and Outsourcing.

Responsibilities:

As a Team Lead, Quality Assurance, you will oversee the Quality Assurance team assigned to you, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to meet quality goals.
The Team Lead, QA will mentor team members, manage outside resources, develop test programs, and report results to the project team.  You will act as a critical point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and planning the internal and external QA resource allocation.
What will you be doing?

Lead onshore and offshore team members and provide support as required.
Contribute to the development of QA testing policies and procedures.
Review all test bases and provide meaningful feedback.
Perform project resource and effort estimations. 
Support the integration of automated test suites into the testing teams.
Identify areas to implement automation with an aim to optimize testing quality and efficiency.
Ensure all QA documentations are complete for all projects and initiatives assigned to the teams and signed off by the various stakeholders.  (e.g., test plans, bi-direction matrices, effort estimations, test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test summary reports).
Manage, create and resolve defects identified by collaborating with the cross-functional teams to achieve seamless delivery.
Create daily/weekly reports on test execution and defects statistics to project team using standard test quality metrics.
Escalate critical issues, blockers and risks promptly to minimize the impact on project timelines.
Conduct various testing methods depending on project needs, including but not limited to these phases: Component, Integration, System, Acceptance, Sanity, Regression, Maintenance and Change related testing as necessary.
What experience do you have?

Bachelor or College Degree preferably in Computer Science.
Hands-on experience with testing tools like JIRA, Confluence, HP-ALM and others.
Experience with automation tools (preferably Selenium).
CRM and ERP systems working experience, preferably Salesforce CRM product.
3 to 5 years experience as a Senior Software QA Analyst.
2 to 3 years experience in leading QA Team members.
Experienced in leading onshore and offshore resources.
Hands-on skillset with API testing (Soap UI, Postman).
Test Automation experience with SQL, Java and Python is an asset.
Familiar with various automation tools i.e. Selenium, TestComplete etc.
Knowledge of relational & dimensional databases to maintain quality throughout data pipelines.
Experience working in Agile Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid development cycle methodologies.

You bring some experience in a customer-facing environment
