Are you an out-of-the-box thinker, with a focus on your clients and an orientation towards solutions? We’re looking for an experienced adult learning practitioner to join our Learning team as a Learning Specialist to foster a culture of learning throughout the organization. You will design, develop, implement, and oversee training solutions that help us achieve our business objectives. You’ll assess the learning needs of internal business partners by building and managing relationships, researching, recommending, designing, and developing comprehensive learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Learning Consultant:
    • Consult with key stakeholders throughout the needs assessment process, analyze learning needs and recommend blended learning solutions tailored to the specific needs of the client and audience
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts in the design, development, and maintenance of learning content, in the areas of on-boarding, sales, operations and collections
  • Project Manager: Act as project leader in managing stakeholders, logistics, scheduling and overall implementation
  • Learning Culture Ambassador: Contribute towards the evolution of our learning function by bringing innovative approaches, and by keeping current with new insights and technologies in the market

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a specialized learning design role
  • University degree, with a certification/designation in Adult Education (or equivalent experience)
  • Financial services industry experience preferred. Corporate retail experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Design, development and implementation of blended learning solutions
    • Stakeholder management across all levels of an organization
    • Project management
  • Knowledge and experience multiple virtual learning platforms (e.g. WebEx, mobile learning, etc.)
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is considered an asset
