Responsibilities:

  • Managing and following-up on LPP claims
  • Majority of time will be spent managing various administrative duties to support Collectors, Team Leads, and Managers
  • Responsbile for managing NSF exceptions including contacting customer and account maintenance
  • Managing CCS loans including: contacting customers/CCS counsellors/FCT to follow-up on payments/status.
  • Managing the customer inbound e-mails and SMS.
  • Ensuring the scheduling for Break/Lunches for Collectors 
  • Miscellaneous support as per needed

Requirements:

  • Collections/Call Centre experience would be an asset.
  • High School Degree/Equivalent job experience.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and react quickly
  • Analytical skills, ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ability to manage multiple applications across more than one screen.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
