goeasy is looking for an innovative, strategic and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our growing Digital team. Reporting directly into the VP of Digital you will be responsible for managing and continually evolving our portfolio of web products - multiple websites and applications - across the goeasy, easyfinancial and easyhome properties. You should have strong product management skills, with a proven ability to unify cross-functional teams (technology, marketing & operations) to cultivate a strong customer focused culture and drive exponential growth for goeasy. You will identify key opportunities in the evolution of our digital roadmap, help build the case for investment, ensure strong performance for core and new products and initiatives, and oversee all programs and requirements throughout their lifecycle in partnership with technology, marketing and business partners. This job is for you if you are passionate about continually raising the bar of digital customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, possess strong communication skills and quick to take initiative.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop digital product strategies and plans based on business objectives, insights, stats, facts and grounded through the consumer lens
• Identify and lead digital product portfolio planning (eg. operational requirements, cost analysis, and product scope definition)
• Manage projects that strive to consistently improve the easyfinancial, easyhome and goeasy web properties
• Work with a cross functional team including, marketing, agency partners, IT, BI and Sales to map out and implement solutions
• Define scope and requirements for the development of digital product features and on-going enhancements including all management of backlog and project management activities as well as writing and prioritizing stories
• Champion a mobile-first culture on its way to AI discovery and implementation

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of professional experience in product management, digital development and business analysis for digital products
• Highly collaborative and comfortable interacting across multiple business functions
• Experience creatively solving hard problems; solving innovative and complex products within deadlines
• Effective communicator to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions
• Experience managing 3rd party relationships
• Understanding of technical aspects of web & mobile applications
• A solid understanding of UI/UX, SEO and Web Technologies
• Creative ability with practical application for digital channels
• Highly motivated individual with a naturally inquisitive nature
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
• Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary
