goeasy is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Expenses & Accounts Payable Associate. The primary responsibility is to support Expense Management users and processes at goeasy.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and approve expense reports (both credit card and employee out of pocket) to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Daily reconciliation of incoming credit card transactions to users in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Monitor and escalate delinquent cardholder account balances.
  • Prepare journal entries for period close.
  • Coordinate with banking partners on issues such as delinquent cardholder balances.
  • Comply with and enforce all control procedures (CEO/CFO) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing of expenses.
  • Maintain Internal control documentation for Bill 198 compliance.
  • Answer queries, rectify issues, process adjustments to the system as required.
  • Maintain job aids and other user training material.
  • Facilitate online training sessions for end-users.
  • Ad hoc reporting and requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit Card and/or Expense Management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel.
  • Reconciliation experience.
  • Experience with a large ERP, experience with Microsoft D365 is an asset.
  • Bilingual is an asset, but not required.
