We are seeking a Senior Manager, Integration Services reporting directly to Director, Enterprise Architecture and Integration Services. You will be managing full life cycle of a portfolio of Integration Services. You would be responsible for overseeing the development, modification and implementation of integration Services to meet business needs and to achieve the desired business results.

This exciting future facing role means, the Senior Manager, Integration Services is accountable for delivering a plug and play integration platform for the delivery of best in class partner integration services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the day to day delivery of the Integration Services team both on-shore and off-shore
  • Builds and evolves the best-in-class service layer and engages team(s) to bring together components for a best-in-class Integration Service
  • Build out and deploy the DevOps framework for Integration Services for automated build & testing processes
  • Drive technical development for integration services on projects based on project objectives and business requirements
  • Participate in defect triage and work with project teams to resolve prioritized defect fixes
  • Assess overall integrations and data layer to enable ongoing improvements to the various services
  • Oversee the analyses of data entities, relationships, and attributes to determine efficient design to create appropriate integrations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards for code, design, documentation, testing and deployment
  • Provide technical integration support
  • Analyze customer requirements to determine the optimum solution
  • Manage deployment and repair loads for customers
  • Perform design/code review with programmers/developers
  • Manage & lead onshore and offshore development teams
  • Ability to manage a portfolio - time management, prioritization, setting customer expectations
  • Engagement Planning - technical understanding, strategic mindset, API-led mindset
  • Work with project manager(s) to deliver broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences
  • Responsible for managing and evaluating staff performance for professional development of the staff
  • Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Solution Design – collaborate\lead on Integration design patterns and implementations
  • Integration Implementation – responsible for end-to-end integration delivery for technology projects on agreed time, budget & quality
  • Demand Management – support processes that encompass evaluation of business needs against the available team capacity specifically assessing the ability of our Organization, Vendors, and Processes to carry out the prioritized activities
  • Team Management – build, motivate and support a focused team of Intergation Specialists
  • Team capacity & demand management
  • Requirements Gathering – manage processes inclusive of functional, system and architectural requirements following agile or waterfall methodology
  • Vendor Management – help processes ensuring that all contracts with suppliers support the needs of the business, and that all suppliers meet their contractual Service Level commitments.
  • Quality Assurance – support internal business & technology teams responsible for processes driven to meet all acceptance criteria, inclusive of functional and performance service level agreements

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading Integration Services implementation
  • Must have experience with middleware technologies
  • Knowledge of Mulesoft, Kafka, API Connect or similar Enterprise Integration solution
  • Ability to relate to key stakeholders, understand their motivations and influence through story telling
  • A minimum of 5 years in-depth experience managing IT and Business projects
  • Computer Science or related degree
  • Proven team management and Project Management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in developing and delivering efficient and value-added governance processes
  • Experience with Cloud Based solutions and providers an asset
