Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the activity study while working with internal and external consulting partners to clearly understand the tasks, activities, and general operation of an easyfinancial Branch 
  • Manage day to day retail operations when the Branch Manager is away and assist in operational direction.
  • Lead the growth of employees by being the prime for all staff training and main resource for training new team members. Championing product information, SPL licensing, and all new material.
  • Pipeline Management developing, organizing and prioritizing leads from all sources at every stage of the sales cycle and managing the team toward successful contact and follow up plans leading to strong conversion rates on a consistent basis.
  • A/R Validation ensuring the team pursues the suitable activities, accounts management and contact each day.
  • Main point of contact for customer account escalations and maintenance, underwriting adjudication, collections & legal strategy, and general complaint management. 
  • Perform; while ensuring that you step into this new leadership opportunity, maintain your ability to contribute to sales and collections as a FSR when the Branch Manager is present.  

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an easyfinancial Branch; experience in other consumer finance, alternative lending or the “pay day” loan companies is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated Leadership capacity; a natural leader who can inspire success in other team members.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with employees, management and external stakeholders
  • Achievement and results oriented with a positive attitude to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • People Oriented; the ability to create memorable customer and employee experiences.
  • Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • No pattern of performance concerns for the 6 months prior to your application (on a PIP, performance management, attendance, etc.)
