As a Team Lead for Region 78 , you will:
- Create superior customer experiences by developing and executing with the Regional Manager a strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience .
- Ensure that the goeasy brand promise is delivered helping the Region deliver business objectives, sales strategies, and ensuring ongoing sales and collection performance
- Build, manage and develop with the Regional Manager an effective and high performing talent strategy for the region.
- Lead and Develop the training of sales employees alongside the Regional Manager
- Oversee new business development and with the Regional Manager help execute a strong collections practice within the region
- Maintain frequent visibility and provide leadership to selected branch’s
- Provide strategic and operational planning input for the regional operations
- Oversee change management and implementation of new sales products, programs, and operational procedures
What you need to work with us:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Exceptional Results as a Branch Manager with Easyfinancial, willing and able to take on additional responsibility.
- Personal Development Plan
- Demonstrated financial acumen to manage a P&L system with many levers.
- Oriented as a decisive and hands-on leader with the ability to influence their peers.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and to work independently (self-motivated)
