Branch Manager Team Lead- Region 78

As a Team Lead for Region 78 , you will:

• Create superior customer experiences by developing and executing with the Regional Manager a strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience .  
• Ensure that the goeasy brand promise is delivered helping the Region deliver business objectives, sales strategies, and ensuring ongoing sales and collection performance
• Build, manage and develop with the Regional Manager an effective and high performing talent strategy for the region.
• Lead and Develop the training of sales employees alongside the Regional Manager
• Oversee new business development and with the Regional Manager help execute a strong collections practice within the region
• Maintain frequent visibility and provide leadership to selected branch’s
• Provide strategic and operational planning input for the regional operations
• Oversee change management and implementation of new sales products, programs, and operational procedures

What you need to work with us:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Exceptional Results as a Branch Manager with Easyfinancial, willing and able to take on additional responsibility.
• Personal Development Plan
• Demonstrated financial acumen to manage a P&L system with many levers.
• Oriented as a decisive and hands-on leader with the ability to influence their peers.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and to work independently (self-motivated)
