We are looking for a tech savvy HR Reporting Analyst to join our team as a subject matter expert that will manage and support our suite of systems within HR. This role will be responsible for leveraging our systems to create opportunities for automation, process improvement and enhanced user experience. The HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst will support building and managing HR analytics and participate in analysis to identify insights and trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Systems Management

  • Act as subject matter expert for the core HRIS platform (UKG Pro) as well as downstream systems such as our Applicant tracking system and dashboarding tools
  • Support setting up new modules and testing new releases
  • Act as a data steward managing data coming in and out of our systems
  • Create opportunities for automation/integration between systems
  • Troubleshooting issues with UKG Pro modules or workflows

2. Data Collection

  • Partnering with teams across the company to collect data points for analysis
  • Identifying new ways to collect and store useful data about the employee experience and implementing new data collection methods/exercises
  • Setting up processes for regular data collection and maintenance

3. Exploratory Analytics

  • Regularly reviewing dashboards to identify new or emerging trends
  • Partnering with HR Leaders to gather supporting insights and context to data trends
  • Tracking, reporting on, and monitoring employee data
  • Developing and distributing standard monthly Employee Insight reporting
  • Build, maintain, and audit custom reporting as required

4. Pilot Program Support

  • Providing analytics expertise to HR teams as they develop pilot programs to evaluate program/process changes
  • Analyzing AB test groups for similarities, differences, and insights
  • Proving recommendations based on results of pilot programs

Qualifications:

  • A background in HR analytics, business analytics, or data science (1-3 experience in the field an asset)
  • Experience working with UltiPro/UKG Pro Business Intelligence is strongly preferred
  • Experience with analyzing multiple complex data sets using quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data governance in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • A passion and curiosity for solving complex problems and providing high levels of service to client groups
