We’re excited to introduce this new role to support goeasy’s nationwide retail locations. In this newly created position, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards of quality.
As the Retail Quality Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our retail spaces are not only functional but also provide a safe and welcoming environment for our employees. Reporting to the Sr Manager, National Facilities and Property Management, you will manage centralized quality tracking, oversee retail security systems, handle contract management, and spearhead rollouts and upgrades.
What will you be doing?
- Implement and uphold retail quality standards across easyhome and easyfinancial locations ensuring compliance through consistent tracking.
- Conduct both annual and ad-hoc inspections to update and maintain comprehensive quality records.
- Review the quality of retail locations, summarizing outstanding issues to inform and support our real estate strategy.
- Track significant issues, oversee small upgrade rollouts, and implement effective solutions to enhance our retail spaces.
- Monitor and report on all aspects of quality within the retail network.
- Plan and execute deficiency upgrades to continuously improve our locations.
- Maintain and update policies as needed to support growth and adaptation.
- Address and resolve field support requests through the ticketing portal, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in the Health and Safety Committee, representing both field and corporate perspectives to promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct field reviews as required to support centralized tracking and ensure quality across all locations.
- Assess vendors in collaboration with field teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and compliance with standards.
- Provide additional field support as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of retail locations.
- Maintain centralized records and databases that support the retail networks quality initiatives.
What experience do you have?
- Hold a post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
- Bring at least two years of hands-on experience in retail, construction, real estate, or facilities maintenance, demonstrating a solid understanding of the operational and quality demands in these industries.
- Experience coordinating a larger portfolio of locations, ensuring consistent quality and compliance across multiple sites, is considered a strong asset.
- Proven experience in managing databases, centralized records, or lease administration software, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset, enhancing communication with a broader range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, fostering collaboration and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
We offer a flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, choosing between our Mississauga or Downtown Toronto office.
