What will you do as Loan Processor?
Processors apply detailed knowledge and understanding of company policies and exception approvals.
Assess and analyze loan applications; review, evaluate and analyze credit and financial history of applications including capacity to pay to make final processing decision.
Grant approvals applications in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department as a loan processor
Provide rationale to branch managers in regards to the underwriting process and the analysis that took place where such applications are either approved or refused.
Adhere to acceptable review timeframes for analysis of applications and processor best practices
Incorporate new (or changes to) policies and procedures in a live environment fluidly so as not to disrupt workflow for the processing unit.
Answer queries from sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for analysis and/or exception approval from the processing team.
Pinpoint fraudulent documents during analysis and report these to appropriate departments and the processing unit.
Match and validate application information such as income, paystubs and credit ratings to make a final processing decision in the approval process
What you need to work with us:
Background in credit analysis is an asset
Call Centre experience an asset
High level of computer literacy, Intermediate to Advance skill level in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Organizational, time management and computer skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in a team environment

The Business Development Administrative Assistant's primary objective will be to search through various online communities and social medias in order to generate and enter leads into our CRM, introducing new business opportunities for the Business Development team to further pursue. What will you be doing?
Lead daily security event monitoring, incident management, and response, demonstrating proficiency in firewall rule administration on Cisco ASA & FTD, Palo Alto NG firewalls.
Implement Cloud web application firewalls like Azure Front Door, Cloudflare, and manage rules in Netskope Security Service Edge.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un/une chef d'équipe en développement des affaires bilingue pour nous aider à agrandir notre équipe de développement des affaires à Montréal. La personne retenue commencera à titre de collaborateur individuel, traitant des appels entrants et sortants avec des prospects B2B dans le but de les intégrer en tant que partenaire de LendCare. Une fois que le candidat aura démontré sa capacité à obtenir des résultats et à atteindre les objectifs, d'autres représentants du développement des affaires seront embauchés et relèveront directement du chef d'équipe du développement des affaires. Le chef d'équipe du développement des affaires relèvera directement du directeur du développement des affaires, qui est basé à notre bureau de Pickering (Ontario).

Responsabilités :
Effectuer des appels sortants à froid auprès de prospects qui ont besoin de solutions de paiement alternatives pour leurs clients
Traiter les appels entrants de manière opportune
Maintenir les indicateurs clés de performance du département, la motivation de l'équipe et les résultats
Vous êtes responsable des résultats individuels et de l'équipe par le biais de la gestion des performances, du coaching et du développement continus
Démontrer une connaissance approfondie de nos services
