Manager, Inside Sales

We are in search of a Manager, Inside Sales. The successful individual will hire and motivate high-performing sales teams, and lead them to generate leads/sales, hit and exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs, through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives.

We are looking for a leader with in-depth knowledge and experience with the sales process, excel at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise and motivate sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a team of sales representatives in a contact center setting
• Hire, train, and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and partners
• Track, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators and business trends

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of direct People Management experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) sales environment
• Experience leading outbound sales representatives in a contact/call center setting is preferred
• Background in the financial industry is an asset
• Strong experience in forecasting, planning and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
• Adaptability to a fast-changing work environment; start-up experience is a plus!
• Competitive and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work in our office in Pickering, ON full time
