Business Development Support Representative

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Development Support Representative for our Lendcare subsidiary!

Responsibilities:

• Act as administrative support for the Business Development team
• Coordinate with Business Development representatives on collecting and reviewing Partnership documentation
• Validating information submitted by Partners by conducting detailed document review, research, background and reference checks
• Liaising with Partners – obtaining clarifications and further information when required
• Maintain and organize files relevant to the business develpoment process
• Manage incoming and outgoing communication

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative role (Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Data Entry, Office Manager, etc)
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and pleasant telephone manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Bilingual in French is an asset
• Fulltime availability to work in our Pickering, ON office; Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
