We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?

Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.
Partnering with other teams within human resources to leverage employee relations insights to enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What experience do you have?

University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English and French is required
Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights, Health and Safety legislation, and other applicable employment laws.
Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.
Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Day in the life of a Billing Administration Associate: 

Manage account restructures: data entry, prepare addendums, confirm revised loan terms.
Annotate accounts to facilitate debt sales and improve recovery efforts.
Handle insurance claims: file tagging, liaising with insurers, and customer updates.
Address customer inquiries via phone/email, provide accurate info, resolve concerns promptly.
Issue administrative/financial documents: balance letters, release letters, contracts, payment schedules.
Maintain organized records of interactions, activities, complaints, and correspondence.
Review account files for compliance, flag discrepancies, initiate corrections.
Prepare Ministry of Transport (MTO) documentation: contracts, bill of sales, Power of Attorney (POA), PPSA documents.

We are seeking a Data QA Engineer to join our Data Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and quality across our data pipelines and integrations. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Data & Analytics to join our growing team. What we are looking for: 

1 year experience working in an outbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
Financial services background is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Full time availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office

Une journée dans la vie d’un Représentant des services financiers :
• Établir une relation solide en accueillant et en engageant les clients en personne, par téléphone et par courriel
• Faire preuve de compassion et d’empathie envers nos clients en comprenant leur situation et leurs besoins, et en les dirigeant vers un produit financier approprié
• Sensibiliser et habiliter les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers en améliorant leur crédit
• Tirer parti des ventes croisées financières et des produits complémentaires
• Communiquer les modalités et conditions de nos produits financiers
• Examiner et évaluer les prêts potentiels à l’aide d’analyses financières et d’autres évaluations de risques
• Gérer les activités de recouvrement pour tous les comptes financiers en souffrance
• Recueillir toutes les renseignements nécessaires pour compléter les demandes de produits et services des clients avec une grande attention aux détails
Ce que nous recherchons :
• Communicateur hors pair, axé sur les résultats et les relations, désireux de stimuler les ventes et d’accroître la satisfaction de la clientèle
• Expérience avec Salesforce et Wealthview considérée comme un atout
• Expérience dans un environnement en contact direct avec la clientèle et à l’aise avec les interactions téléphoniques
• Capacité à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs mensuels
• Solides compétences en gestion des objections et en négociation / Capacité à penser de manière créative
• Capacité à s’adapter rapidement et à proposer des solutions en temps opportun
• Compétence à traduire des informations complexes dans un langage accessible pour les clients
• Capacité à réussir les vérifications d’antécédents (judiciaires, emploi et crédit)
