The Senior Manager, Brand & Integrated Marketing will lead the evolution and activation of our brand strategy, ensuring our brands are distinctive, relevant, and consistently expressed across the customer journey. Leading the Brand & Creative Centre of Excellence, this role will establish the standards, governance, tools, and capabilities required to bring our brands to life across key touchpoints, while driving integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that connect brand, customer, and business objectives across channels and experiences.

Working closely with partners across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Analytics, Operations, Legal, and Compliance, this leader will translate business priorities into compelling customer propositions, creative platforms, and coordinated go-to-market plans. A natural collaborator, they will bring stakeholders together, build alignment, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

The role will also own brand health and marketing effectiveness measurement, leveraging customer, market, and performance insights to strengthen brand equity, optimize marketing investments, and demonstrate business impact. This is a great leadership opportunity for a strategic brand builder who combines creativity, commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence across a complex organization.

What will you be doing?

  • Brand Strategy & Stewardship
    • Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, positioning, architecture, identity, and voice, leveraging customer, market, competitive, and business insights to identify growth opportunities.
    • Champion a distinctive and consistent brand experience across customer and employee touchpoints.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for brand strategy across the organization.
  • Brand & Creative Centre of Excellence
    • Lead the Brand & Creative Centre of Excellence, establishing the standards, governance, tools, and processes that enable consistent, high-quality brand execution.
    • Drive creative excellence by leveraging customer insights, performance data, and best-in-class briefing, review, and feedback practices.
    • Lead agency and creative partnerships while championing innovative technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Integrated Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align brand, product, digital, acquisition, lifecycle, content, and customer experience objectives.
    • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of major campaigns, establishing clear objectives, budgets, timelines, stakeholder accountabilities, and measures of success.
    • Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
    • Balance long-term brand building with near-term commercial objectives through disciplined planning and prioritization.
  • Brand Health, Insights & Effectiveness
    • Own the brand health and marketing effectiveness measurement framework, including reporting on key brand and business performance metrics.
    • Translate customer, market, brand, and campaign insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen brand equity and marketing effectiveness.
    • Identify emerging customer, competitive, and market opportunities that influence strategy and drive growth.
    • Partner with Analytics, Finance, Customer Experience, Product, and agency teams to continuously improve measurement methodologies and decision-making.
  • Business & Financial Leadership
    • Translate enterprise and marketing priorities into integrated plans with clear objectives, resource requirements, budgets, KPIs, and governance processes.
    • Lead budget planning and investment decisions, including business cases for brand, research, technology, agency, and capability initiatives.
    • Drive measurable business outcomes by balancing brand impact, customer experience, commercial return, risk, and operational considerations.
    • Monitor performance, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure priorities and risks remain visible to key stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build trusted relationships across the organization, communicating strategies, recommendations, and results with clarity and influence.
    • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and learning-oriented culture.
    • Represent the Brand & Integrated Marketing function with senior leaders, agency partners, and external stakeholders.

What experience do you have?

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in brand management, integrated marketing, marketing strategy, or a related discipline, with experience leading high-impact brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Proven success developing and executing brand strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer-centric initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer experience, and business performance, with the ability to leverage consumer insights, market research, and data to inform decisions and optimize results.
  • Deep experience in creative development, agency management, and brand governance.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear priorities and actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience leading complex initiatives from strategy through execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong people leadership experience with a track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or related advanced education is considered an asset.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga and Toronto office.

$132,250.00 – $155,250.00 CAD (includes base salary and bonus)
