We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?
Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.
Partnering with other teams within human resources to leverage employee relations insights to enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What experience do you have?
University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English and French is required
Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights, Health and Safety legislation, and other applicable employment laws.
Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.
Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

LendCare is seeking a motivated and analytical Banking Treasury Analyst that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to complete daily reconciliations and reports on various bank accounts, in an accurate manner. The incumbent will be responsible for the compilation and preparation of period end working papers for assigned accounts across any of goeasy’s entities.
What will you be doing?
Prepare and thoroughly review bank reconciliations across various payment types to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized digital records and system files, while enhancing documentation and streamlining operational workflows.
Accurately record journal entries in the ERP system to reflect activity and outages.
Sustain proactive and effective reporting and interdepartmental communication.
Cross-training with and supporting Team Members when necessary.
Resolve inquiries from banking partners and internal stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
Process treasury payments using banking platforms.
Display ownership of assigned tasks, following up diligently to ensure resolution and accountability.
What experience do you have?
2-3 years of accounting experience
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particular Excel – experience with VLookup, Pivot Tables, Concatenate and other data analysis formulas

goeasy is seeking our next payroll superstar to join the Payroll team as an Associate. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all associated Payroll reporting requirements are completed within strict timelines while adhering to established Payroll processes.
What will you be doing?
Prepare and process end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for all stores/branches/corporate office as assigned; calculate changes, balance and post-verify payroll.
Administer of UKG Pro Time & Attendance (UTA) system and associated timekeeping activities.
Oversee the payroll shared mailbox and respond to inquiries within pre-defined SLAs.
Maintain strict adherence to payroll processes, to ensure ongoing certification of internal controls including but not limited to preparation and distribution of key reports for approval, exercising diligence around approvals etc.
Keeps abreast of current government legislation.
Communicate with employees on a timely basis regarding any items which may impact their pay.
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
What experience do you have?

We are looking for a Risk Analyst with proven problem-solving abilities to provide analytics expertise in support of easyfinancial, its consumer lending business. You will assist the Senior Manager, Risk and Analytics, in developing, implementing, and managing the appropriate level of risk analysis, monitoring and controls to ensure sound and consistent credit risk management practices, creating the foundation for profitable growth. Additionally, you will provide in-depth analytics to support easyhome, the company’s leasing business, and liaise with various business units to meet their data requirements.
What will you be doing?
Data mining, Modelling and Analysis:
Conduct guided analytical dives to properly diagnose, document and report on the drivers of unexpected changes to portfolio/origination composition and credit performance across multiple lending channels including retail, online lending and alternative. Communicate findings and the future impacts to losses to management.
Assist Risk and Analytics leadership by supporting the development of risk models for the purposes of origination, account management and collections.
Perform analysis leading to credit strategy optimization, including but not limited to customer risk segmentation development that improves the portfolio’s risk-reward profile.
Forecast, track and measure key business metrics including loss rates, approval rates, loan conversion rates, and credit quality for new initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Forecasting and Reporting:
Maintain a standard set of risk and performance reports that evaluate the overall credit risk of the portfolio.
Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of reports to identify delinquency and charge off trends at the vintage and segment levels. Apply observations to loss forecasting models to capture current trends and communicate to Senior Management to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast.
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to understand the impact of exogenous factors, policy and operational changes on delinquency and charge off levels.
Assist Risk and Analytics leadership by providing an objective assessment of the risk profile and performance of the easyfinancial portfolio as well as the overall business unit by regularly monitoring key risk indicators, conducting periodic credit reviews, and consistently communicating findings.
What experience do you have?
Possess a strong knowledge of quantitative methodologies, risk models, and tools.
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Hold a University Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline (an advanced degree is desired).
Exhibit superior analytical skills – the ability to understand complex problems, detect trends, and analyze data to develop solutions.
Understand data extraction/mining/modeling tools, including SQL; SAS knowledge.
Communicate complex information and concepts in understandable terms, tailoring messages and content to the intended audience.
Adapt to an evolving environment with shifting priorities and the capacity to handle multiple competing demands within tight timelines.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager:
Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch, portfolio goals and capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Manage the health of your branch’s portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing customers from falling into a state of delinquency.
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
Experience in training and managing a small team.
Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
