We are looking for Partner Support Representatives who want to join a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service for our partners across Canada. Partner Support is the front-line customer service department that interacts with our Partners. This is a business-to-business role to help assist LendCare partners with any questions. The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our Partners are always receiving the type of service quality they expect
  • Responding to partner questions and requests (both through telephone, chat and email).
  • Ask great questions in order to identify the Partners needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
  • Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing measured work environment considered an asset
  • 1-2 years’ Experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to create memorable customer experiences
  • Achievement and results-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Empathetic, compassionate and operate with integrity – really care for customers!
  • Proficient with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills and an ability to learn and master new software programs
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and to work independently (self-motivated)
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Full time availability to work on site at our Montreal, QC head office (address: 900, Boul. de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montréal, QC)

Schedule: Morning shift 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
