Are you analytical, customer-centric, and have experience in leading cross-functional teams? We're seeking a Manager, Digital Lifecycle to join our digital marketing squad at goeasy. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design lifecycle marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement and shareholder value. Responsibilities encompass planning, personalization, deployment, optimization, and performance analysis.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, mobile push notifications, and SMS to acquire, engage, retain, and cross-sell/up-sell subscribers, maximizing Subscriber Lifetime Value (SLV).
  • Create and manage customer journeys to drive SLV and retargeting in digital channels, implementing onboarding, post-purchase follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and cross-channel retention strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end channel management of lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, content creation, and automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage channel management of lifecycle campaigns through platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, acting as a subject matter expert on optimization tactics and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop segmentation strategies targeting specific behaviors and drive personalization within each brand category, utilizing platforms like Salesforce for customer profile segmentation.
  • Design and implement testing plans to optimize workflows, processes, and technology, analyzing data to uncover new acquisition and engagement strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgeting and forecasting for subscription revenue streams, optimizing workflows, processes, and technology to support customer journeys and business goals effectively.
  • Extract insights on acquisition sources, SLV, order patterns, cohort behavior, and churn through data analysis, collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Craft product positioning, research markets, collaborate cross-functionally, create content, analyze metrics, inform trends, etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop 2 digital direct reports, fostering innovation and customer-centricity.

What experience do you have?

  • 5+ years of proven experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, and retention roles, with a focus on customer journey marketing strategy and execution.
  • Deep understanding of email, SMS, and push marketing best practices and platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and Datorama.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries, databases, and compliance regulations like CASL.
  • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights for testing methods and tactics.
  • Organize and track projects through internal and external processes. Assign tasks, monitor progress, communicate updates, and resolve issues to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, between our Mississauga and downtown Toronto office.
