goeasy is seeking a highly motivated Team Manager Insolvency Collections Administration to join the rapidly growing team located in our Mississauga Call Center!

As a Team Manager Insolvency Collections Administration, you will:

 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Insolvency, Debt management, and Skip Tracing programs.
  • Enable employees to optimize Skip Tracing results by focusing on both inbound requests and utilizing data-driven strategies to uncover opportunities.
  • Oversee the production and delivery of daily operational updates, including the Insolvency and Skip trace reports.
  • Organize and actively participate in weekly calls with Insolvency and Skip trace vendors.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of timesheets for team members.
  • Maintain third-party files, process inquiries, and handle purchase requisitions and third-party vendor remittance requisitions.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Finance department to reconcile weekly transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Identify performance and training gaps promptly and address them effectively.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their performance and achieve mastery in their roles.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive resolution to escalated issues and concerns raised by team members, peers, and vendors.
  • Lead change management efforts by implementing and overseeing process and procedure changes.

Additional Information:

A credit check may now be a condition of employment in specific easyhome locations.  Candidates must provide schedule flexibility to ensure that the location’s hours can be covered to meet our customer’s needs – details by location will be discussed in the interview process.
