At LendCare, a subsidiary of goeasy Ltd., we're looking for talented individuals to join our team in Pickering, ON. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team at the Pickering office. Reporting to the Senior Manager/Director of HR, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in providing administrative recruiting support including resume screening, job posting, interview and meeting scheduling, and providing additional support on an ad hawk basis to various areas of human resources
  • Support in creating operational manuals, procedure documentation, electronic record keeping
  • Assisting with administrative duties related to onboarding of new hires
  • Assist in providing support to LendCare employees for administrative requests
  • Knowledge of, and support in documenting policies and procedures
  • Assist in coordinating events to promote company culture and health & wellness programs
  • Support other HR special projects or initiatives as needed
  • Perform other general administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time by the HR leadership, and other department directors, managers and supervisors in both Pickering and Montreal offices
  • Act up as back up for payroll processing when required (training provided)

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of administrative support within a professional office setting
  • Relevant post- secondary education in HR, business administration or related field
  • High degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work fulltime on-site in our Pickering office, with occasional travel to Mississauga office for special events and meetings
