Join our BI Operational Reporting team, where you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how goeasy understands, manages, and improves its day‑to‑day business operations. In this role as our Manager, BI Operational Reporting, you’ll help evolve our operational reporting landscape by building and maintaining reporting processes directly on our systems of record, as well as across our BI platforms using data from our centralized repository. This position plays an important part in keeping the business running smoothly, with accountability for key reporting on systems of record that directly impact our daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand operational needs and deliver thoughtful, reliable reporting that helps teams make informed decisions with confidence.
What will you be doing?
Lead the design and development of operational reports and dashboards within systems of record and BI platforms.
Create and manage field definitions that support operational reporting.
Maintain the integrity and organization of QA/UAT and production project/database schemas.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify data needs, analysis approaches, and reporting solutions.
Translate business requirements into detailed design documentation for reporting and BI development projects.
Determine optimal methods for data collection and for presenting complex information clearly.
Manage team members, fostering growth and overseeing BI reporting processes from development through testing, approval, documentation, rollout, and training.
Oversee design, development, and support activities performed by the offshore team.
Partner with project managers to meet reporting‑related milestones and serve as technical lead for full BI project lifecycles when assigned.
Support business users in self‑service reporting by providing training and consultative guidance.
Implement and monitor system improvements that enhance efficiency.
Coordinate strategy, support, and administrative functions to maintain a stable BI environment and quickly resolve data/reporting issues.
Address production support issues received through calls, email, shared mailboxes, and ticketing systems.
Contribute to the development of BI standards that align with business goals.
What experience do you have?
Experience designing and developing operational reports and dashboards across systems of record and BI platforms.

As an UAT Tester, you are expected to work with the UAT lead in creating test cases, test steps and execute the test cases based on the test plan. You are expected to report the defects found, perform retesting and regression testing as required. You are also expected to provide timely UAT progress reports.
What will you be doing?
Review business requirements, user stories, issues log and clarify any ambiguity ensuring testing conditions are understood.
Develop, document and maintain UAT functional, end-to-end and regression test cases and other test artifacts.
Track and report the progress of test case execution.
Find and document unexpected behaviour, issues and bottlenecks.

A day in the life of a Senior Loan Document Specialist:
Thoroughly examine title search outcomes against the title template using the FNF portal.
Conduct meticulous reviews of FNF cover page submissions.
Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, legal standards, ethics, privacy regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
Perform comprehensive post-funding assessments and promptly resolve any outstanding matters.
Maintain daily follow-up procedures for outstanding desktop and full appraisals, guaranteeing compliance with service level agreements.
Precisely manage a diverse range of mortgage loan-related documents in accordance with provincial mandates.
Collaborate seamlessly with external partners offering lucid instructions and upholding effective communication channels.

A day in the life of a Loan Processor Specialist - Secured:
Processors apply detailed knowledge and understanding of company policies.
Grant approvals applications in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department as a loan processor.
Provide rationale to branch managers regarding the loan review process and the analysis that took place where such applications are either approved or refused.
Answer queries from sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for analysis and/or exception approval from the processing team.
Pinpoint fraudulent documents during analysis and report these to appropriate departments and the processing unit.
Match and validate application information such as income, paystubs, and credit ratings to make a final processing decision in the approval process.
Verify customers requested loan amount is within qualified loan amount.
Confirms property meets Go Easy’s guidelines.
Ability to review and approve appraisal considered an asset.
