Our contact center plays a vital role in supporting over 400 retail locations across the country, helping Canadians reach their personal and financial goals. Through specialized, high-impact teams, we deliver the expert service, care, and support that fuel goeasy’s success. 

goeasy is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Senior Fraud Analyst, Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) who will supporting the company through preventing, investigating, and tracking all fraud related activity.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Funded Fraud Tickets
    -police investigations
    -identity theft
  • Video/audio recording review & AML Screening
  • Payment Transactions
  • Analysis & Education
  • Complete daily reporting to identify and review potential fraudulent activity
  • Complete the Monthly Fraud Report for communication to goeasy Leadership Teams
  • Communicate Fraud Alerts regarding ongoing fraudulent activity for other teams and departments
  • Communicate with third parties where required for the purpose of fraud investigations (customers, employers, police officers, etc)
  • Proactive identification of improved fraud related processes, policies, and technology

What we are looking for:

  • High level of computer literacy, Intermediate to Advance skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Reflect a positive and mature attitude towards teammates and peers
