We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Associate to join our dynamic Centralized Administration team at LendCare. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Day in the life of a Administration Associate: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative support to partners and customers.
  • Coordinate and process agreements and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Update and maintain partner records in the company's CRM system.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to partners and customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve partner issues promptly and accurately.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures

What we are looking for: 

  • At least a year of experience working customer service, sales, or admin roles
  • Strong computer proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in high-volume and fast-paced work environment is a plus.
  • Ability to speak French would be an asset but not required
  • Availability to work fulltime, permanent in our office in Pickering, ON

Operating Hours: 9:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays. Must be comfortable with rotational shifts within the operating hours.
