Reporting to the Vice President, easyhome Operations, the Senior Manager, easyhome Operations (12-month contract) is responsible for the ongoing improvement and optimization of key Retail KPIs, as well as the planning, execution, and deployment of special projects as assigned (including strategic corporate initiatives, as well as Retail and Operations‑identified initiatives). This role serves as a primary point of contact between assigned Business Unit(s) and the easyhome Operations team, coordinating priorities, managing roadmaps and deliverables, and driving strategic alignment across stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Align closely with key functional support departments (including Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate) to ensure successful execution of core initiatives and projects.
  • Partner with Real Estate and Development teams to support and execute Branch Expansion targets.
  • Identify and understand business needs to support transactions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Drive the ongoing improvement and optimization of key Retail KPIs.
  • Monitor critical tasks and deliverables against daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs.
  • Act as a change‑management liaison with vendors and across internal systems.
  • Review key business reports and provide clear, data‑driven insights and analysis.
  • Develop and implement best practices, process documentation, and task manuals to ensure consistency, efficiency, and strong operational controls.
  • Serve as a leader within the Operations team to support business and financial goals.
  • Communicate the organization’s vision and strategy in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Act as a trusted business partner and respected leader across the organization.
  • Lead the transition and standardization of all SOPs across impacted teams.
  • Own and manage the relationship with CAB, ensuring alignment on priorities, approvals, and timelines.
  • Drive enterprise programs and operational rollouts across all corporate offices and branch locations.
  • Lead compliance initiatives, including managing and remediating upcoming risk items in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned, including the coordination and execution of major projects and corporate initiatives.

What experience do you have?

  • Post‑secondary degree in business or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within Operations, Retail, or a project‑based environment.
  • Proven ability to meet volume, quality, and performance targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight timelines, and competing deadlines.
  • Comfort with leading and supporting operational change.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, influencing, and coaching.

    We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
