goeasy is seeking a Facebook Ads & PPC Specialist to join our growing Digital team. The successful candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical, creative and communication skills. Reporting directly into the Paid Performance Lead you’ll be responsible for managing and executing all Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns. Previous experience and extensive knowledge of running paid Facebook campaigns using Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager and Facebook pages is a must.

You have exceptional online ad buying management skills and thrive working in an ever-changing Facebook/Instagram environment. You hold a strong understanding of social media and analytics in paid media with a strong discipline for driving conversions and delivering target CPA.  

Responsibilities:

  • Setup, manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram digital advertising campaigns to drive leads
  • Draft and publish copy for Facebook promotional and seasonal advertising campaigns
  • Work closely with Graphic Design team to develop engaging and relevant Facebook ad creative
  • Produce innovative strategies to increase lead volume and decrease cost per acquisition
  • Work within established advertising campaign budgets and seek methods to lower CPA and increase ROI
  • Setup and administer systems to monitor, analyze and report on KPIs
  • Research and provide recommendations based on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and platforms
  • Provide recommendations based on opportunities, strengths/weaknesses and detractors identified through Facebook advertising campaign performance indicators
  • Constant optimization and improvement of advertising and messaging within all Facebook campaigns
  • Prepare metric reports

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a digital marketing role specializing in Facebook and Instagram with emphasis on paid advertising
  • Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel and Blueprint Certification an asset
  • Diploma or degree in Digital Advertising or Digital Marketing
  • Expert in creating and executing Facebook & Instagram marketing campaigns in alignment with conversion goals
  • Have and continually develop an understanding of paid channel metrics and analytics as they apply to campaign performance
  • Entrepreneurial thinker who owns their role like you'd own a business and thrives working with something new everyday
  • Highly adaptable with demonstrated success working in a fluid, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver expected deadlines
  • Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative to get the job done
  • Accountable to quantifiable metrics/KPIs
  • Familiarization with SEO/SEM practices an asset
  • Google Adwords Certification/experience an asset
