The Manager, HR Systems & Analytics is responsible for the optimization, sustainability, and scalability of HR systems and data insights, as well as ongoing management of the HR technology roadmap. As Regional Manager, you will:
Create superior customer experiences by having team members engage, listen and understand the needs of potential customers for sales and match their needs to our financial lending solutions; demonstrating compassion and empathy toward customers to be able to hear their story and help

Lead the interviewing, hiring, and training of sales employees and the planning, assigning, and directing of work; appraising performance
Oversee new business development and develop site by site strategies to meet sales goals and be accountable for a strong collections practice within the region
Be accountable for the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the Region and maintaining a voice with centralized leadership in the organization
Maintain frequent visibility and provide leadership to each branch location and audit (both formally and informally) to ensure best practices are occurring for every sale by traveling within your region 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs)

What you need to work with us (External facing only):
3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation
Must be bilingual (French/English)
3-5 years in a customer-facing targeted sales environment is a must; experience in either the consumer loan/personal finance or the pay day loan industries is strongly preferred
Exceptional sales management acumen with the ability to achieve consistent results through others

As Regional Manager, you will:

What will you be doing?

What experience do you have?

Strong knowledge of ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow/FreshService).
Strong understanding of multifactor authentication, preferably with direct experience using Okta Verify.
Experience with Privileged Access Management (e.g., BeyondTrust) and Identity Governance Tools (e.g., Okta IGA, SailPoint, Saviynt).

As a Financial Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products.
Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments.
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
