We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer, a technical role within the Business Intelligence Enterprise Reporting team, for a highly motivated and experiences BI professional. You will contribute to all aspects of advanced analytics by scoping, analyzing, developing, automating, enhancing, and validating BI reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions – delivered both creatively and efficiently.
What will you be doing?
Perform detailed data analysis, validation, report testing to identify data quality and reporting issues.
Monitor report events and subscriptions following EDW data load completion.
Manage report user access and privileges.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and validate reporting requirements.
Analyze business needs and design, develop, and implement BI solutions to meet those needs.
Translate business requirements into details technical specifications for BI/report developers.
Contribute to the development of data marts, reports, and dashboards on the Business Insights platform powered by MicroStrategy.
Communicate progress, milestones, challenges, and escalate issues as needed.
Develop deep knowledge of goeasy’s data by integrating diverse datasets, identifying key KPIs, and delivering insights to support business decisions.
Create ad-hoc queries and reports and provide ongoing analytical support.
Support self-service reporting and resolve data/reporting issued promptly to maintain a stable BI environment.
Work closely with BI and Data Solutions Architects, as well as Data and BI Engineers, to ensure adherence to development and deployment standards.
What experience do you have?
Minimum 3 years of hands-on business reporting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field (preferred).
At least 3 years of experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.
Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL Server or similar relational database systems.
Proven experience developing reports using documents, grids, graphs, and dashboards in BI environments.
Intermediate SQL skills for building, debugging, and optimizing queries.
Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify and utilize the right data to address business problems.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.

We are looking for a Senior IT Security Engineer with deep technical expertise and a proactive mindset to support goeasy’s cybersecurity initiatives across endpoint and network security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage advanced security solutions that protect our digital assets and infrastructure. In this role, you will act as a key security partner to IT and business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and technical leadership across a wide range of security technologies. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, enhance threat detection and response capabilities, and support initiatives that strengthen goeasy’s overall security posture.
What will you be doing?
Demonstrate hands-on experience in both network security and endpoint security solutions.
Implement and support network security technologies, including firewalls and proxies, with a preference for Palo Alto and Cloudflare.
Design, implement, and maintain Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to ensure secure access across the enterprise.
Deploy and support Security Services Edge (SSE) solutions to enhance cloud-based security posture.
Design and implement endpoint security, cryptography, and PKI solutions using industry-recognized tools such as DigiCert and SentinelOne.
Manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) policies, rules, and alerts to proactively detect and respond to security threats.
Administer and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
Apply expertise in security event monitoring, detection, and incident response methodologies.
Monitor and analyze endpoint security events using tools such as Splunk, Tenable, SentinelOne, and Netskope, leveraging automation and AI capabilities.
Enhance security processes and technologies to identify, deter, investigate, and remediate security incidents.
Manage and refine phishing and spam protection policies to safeguard organizational communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of business processes with security tools.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and endpoint security audits to identify and mitigate security risks.
Partner with internal teams to align security initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and security playbooks related to SentinelOne and other tools.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in managing and troubleshooting security operations tools.

What experience do you have?
A minumum of 4+ years of experience in endpoint and network security, incident response, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Relevant certifications from recognized industry solution providers. Preferred certifications include:
Experience with tools such as Azure Security Advisor, Netskope, Forescout, Tenable, and Splunk.
Cyber incident response experience is highly desirable.

Day in the life of a Legal Administrative Assistant:
Efficiently manage a high volume of legal notices, correspondence, and mail, ensuring timely distribution and response.
Open, organize, and maintain legal files with precision, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access.
Coordinate email communications and handle incoming and outgoing calls, serving as a vital link for the legal department.
Gain proficiency in legal file management and administrative tasks to support the legal process.

Are you an operational leader with a passion for driving performance and efficiency in collections? LendCare is seeking a Director, Collections to oversee the execution of our collections strategy, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure optimal performance across our teams. Experience with centralized collections models and remote team structures.

The Manager, Platform Technology is a delivery-focused and technically fluent leader, responsible for managing vendor development priorities and ensuring the stability and integration of LendCare platforms. This role plays a critical part in coordinating platform enhancements, overseeing support operations, and enabling seamless integration across systems. The Manager works closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure platform capabilities evolve in alignment with business needs. Development Prioritization – Coordinate and manage the backlog of platform development requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
