As a Solution Architect (Delivery Focused), you’ll be a key player on our Enterprise Architecture team, driving the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions for major transformation programs across the goeasy business. You’ll bring together deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to craft scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
This role is perfect for an experienced architect from the financial services space, especially someone with hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, API/microservices integration, Azure infrastructure, and enterprise security. You’ll lead architectural design throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from strategic planning to hands-on implementation guidance.
What will you be doing? 

Leading the architectural design of large-scale, transformational programs and technology solutions aligned with goeasy’s business goals.
Owning and guiding the full solution lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring technical integrity and business alignment.
Serving as a key architectural advisor and decision-maker across business, infrastructure, application, and security domains.
Collaborating with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners to define architectures that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Delivering detailed architecture artifacts and low-level solution designs that ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance.
Ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, technical strategy, and compliance frameworks.
Providing architectural leadership on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions, including data, integration, and customization patterns.
Driving the implementation of microservices, API-driven architectures, and modern cloud-native patterns using Microsoft Azure.

What experience do you have? 

5+ years of experience in solution architecture within financial services, ideally with exposure to non-prime lending, banking, or insurance.
Proven leadership in major transformation initiatives, serving in a Lead Architect capacity.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions on Salesforce, with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Lightning, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Strong knowledge of API architecture, microservices, enterprise service buses (ESBs), and event-driven design.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services, cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, and DevOps integration.
Solid grasp of security principles and compliance standards (e.g., PCI, SOC 2), with best practices across hybrid environments.
Exceptional ability to balance tactical execution with strategic alignment and adherence to enterprise standards.
Demonstrated success collaborating across business and IT functions in both agile and hybrid delivery models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior leadership.
A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Architect, or Salesforce are considered strong assets.

We are looking for a tech savvy HR Systems Analyst to join our team that will manage and support our suite of systems within HR. This role will be responsible for leveraging our systems to create opportunities for automation, process improvement and enhanced user experience. The HR Systems Analyst will support building and managing HR analytics and participate in analysis to identify insights and trends.
What will you be doing?
Systems Management

Support new module setups and test releases for the HRIS Platform (UKG Pro).
Manage data flow, conduct system audits, and ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with HR teams and vendors on upgrades, review release notes, and assist in testing and documentation updates.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
Identify test scenarios, propose scripts, and execute testing for technology projects.
Maintain system configuration, including business rules and workflows.
Monitor support requests related to HR systems and analytics.
Assist in cross-functional projects to address system-related issues.
Create dashboards, integrations, and automations to improve processes and analytics.

Partner with teams to collect data points for analysis.

What experience do you have?

A background in HR analytics, business analytics, or data analytics (1-3 years of experience in the field is an asset).
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems and writing reports using reporting tools.
Experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro and Cognos Business Intelligence is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data governance in a fast-paced environment.
A passion and curiosity for solving complex problems and providing high levels of service to client groups.
