Team Lead, Process Control

We are in search of a Team Lead for the Process Control team in our Lendcare subsidiary. This individual will be responsible for:

• Ongoing coaching, training and development
• Daily Engagement, Motivation and Leadership of Process Control staff
• Completing 1 on 1’s with staff when required
• Assist with the leadership of the Reception team when necessary
• Review new onboarding agreements and approve and decline packages
• Addressing minor infractions and escalating major incidents
• Complete department manual updates
• Presenting and communicating to staff when requested
• Complete the monthly internal audit, and support team when necessary
• Delegate new tasks or changes in daily responsibilities to staff
• Completing assignments for management as required
• Attend meetings and assist with meeting minutes
• Assist with new process implementation for Process Control and other departments

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Process Control, best practices, and tools
• Strong understanding of all areas of LendCare
• Proven track record of good performance
• Ability to drive results; and motivate, train and develop
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Conflict Resolution Skills
• Experience in a leadership capacity is an asset
• Must be with the company for at least 6 months
• In good current standing with the company - not on a warning/PIP or under investigation
