We are seeking an individual who will step into a critical leadership role as a Regional Manager for an interim contract. The duration of the contract will vary between 12-15 months supporting easyfinancial Division 3.
What will you do as a Regional Manager:
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure outstanding customer service levels are provided to both external and internal customers
Handle and resolve all customer complaints promptly
Ensure adherence to customer retention procedures
Associate Development & Retention
Ensure new associates are efficiently trained
Ensure associates receive on-time performance appraisals and corresponding merit and/or promotional increases
Assist Managers with employee development and with resolving disciplinary issues
Communicate regularly with management team and ensure compliance with the Workplace Mutual Respect policy
Work with managers to minimize turnover and make informed hiring decisions
Partner with HR to execute and support human resources programs through succession planning, employee relations, recruitment, training, and development of associates
Deliver Financial Results
Manage district budget to drive profitability
Achieve SOI, net and gross margins, and other revenue percentages to plan
Control region labour dollars
Monitor fee income, gain on sale, maintenance charges, promotions, and discounts
Ensure store managers monitor and make necessary adjustments to the P&L
Grow Revenue Base
Develop, guide, and monitor local marketing efforts
Ensure all company referral and incentive programs are in place and properly executed
Set and communicate regional goals for customer growth
Monitor and ensure the accurate execution of all company lease-building programs
Execute Operations Standards
Monitor month-to-month store operations, accounts receivable, and collections in accordance with established policies and procedures
Set, communicate, and monitor customer retention goals and activities
Asset Protection and Loss Prevention
Audit locations on a timely basis to ensure compliance and execution of company policies and procedures including prevention, safety, security, marketing/merchandising programs and store appearance
Maintain and monitor fixed assets to standard
Recommend potential capital expenditures
Monitor and ensure compliance to store opening and closing standards
Ensure compliance with established policies and governmental laws and regulation
What we are looking for:
Strong leadership skills, with the motivation and desire to lead by example
Professional, outgoing, positive, and approachable demeanour that draws in both customers and associates
Outstanding communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well and be resourceful in fast-paced and demanding situations
Strong organizational and planning skills in order to meet and exceed set targets
Experience reading and being responsible for P&Ls and other financial goals and objectives
Secondary School Diploma is required, while a College or University Diploma in a related discipline is preferred
Valid driver’s license

With exciting projects on the way, we’re looking for enthusiastic UAT testers to help us drive success at goeasy!
As an UAT Tester, you are expected to work with the UAT lead in creating test cases, test steps and execute the test cases based on the test plan. You are expected to report the defects found, perform retesting and regression testing as required. You are also expected to provide timely UAT progress reports.
What will you be doing?
Review business requirements, user stories, issues log and clarify any ambiguity ensuring testing conditions are understood.
Develop, document and maintain UAT functional, end-to-end and regression test cases and other test artifacts.
Track and report the progress of test case execution.
Find and document unexpected behaviour, issues and bottlenecks.
Track and report all defect status and ensure resolution of defects according to schedule.
Execute UAT test plan and test cases within the agreed upon timelines to ensure the application is performing as expected.
Coordinate the test case execution with the different testers.
Help in the documentation of the process as part of the UAT output.
Capable of working with partners and leadership to identify business test scenarios based on requirements, acceptance criteria.
Make recommendations to the UAT Team to improve UAT processes and practices and, where appropriate, help to establish these and implement where agreed.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to interact with business representatives, developers, UAT team members to clarify specifications, identify and resolve various issues.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent (Preferred).
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
The ability to learn existing and new applications quickly, independently, and with moderate supervision.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good time-management skills.
Experience writing SQL queries is an asset.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite of products (Excel, Word, Power Point).
