A day in the life of a Branch Manager:
Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch, portfolio goals and capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Manage the health of your branch’s portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing customers from falling into a state of delinquency.

What we are looking for:
Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
Experience in training and managing a small team.
Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.

A day in the life of a Fraud Analyst:
Lead the review of all Fraud Investigation Tickets and all Fraud Review Tags initiated in relation to applications and/or customers
Clearing applications and customers of fraudulent behaviour before allowing the associated application(s) to proceed; or identifying fraudulent behaviour and logging their findings accordingly
Host formal and informal Fraud Training Classes internally within the company
Handle camera footage requests
Complete daily reporting to identify and review potential fraudulent activity
Complete the Monthly Fraud Report for communication to goeasy Leadership Teams
Communicate Fraud Alerts regarding ongoing fraudulent activity for other teams and departments
Communicate with third parties where required for the purpose of fraud investigations (customers, employers, police officers, etc)
Proactive identification of improved fraud related processes, policies, and technology
What we are looking for:
High level of computer literacy, Intermediate to Advance skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)

You’re a self-motivated and charismatic leader who’s ready to take on the role of Team Manager, Collections (3-month assignment). In this role, you’ll support a team of Collections Specialists and drive individual and team success through inspired leadership, training, and coaching. You’ll create an environment that fosters engagement, builds knowledge and skills, and ensures that call centre dynamics and our values remain at the heart of everything we do.
What will you be doing?
Set and meet performance targets.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Collections team.
Review individual staff performance through monthly scorecards, identifying training needs and delivering required training and coaching for staff development.
Handle customer escalations in a timely manner.
Manage intraday team results and individual contributions, making necessary adjustments within a call center workforce management framework.
Ensuring timely response to waiting customers based on call arrival patterns while enabling revenue-generating opportunities.
What experience do you have?
Experience in a people leadership role is mandatory.
Collections experience (Asset).
Experience in a call center capacity is considered a strong asset.
Ability to execute and deliver expected results within tight deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication with an ability to deliver constructive feedback that inspires engagement and improved performance.

As an UAT Tester, you are expected to work with the UAT lead in creating test cases, test steps and execute the test cases based on the test plan. You are expected to report the defects found, perform retesting and regression testing as required. You are also expected to provide timely UAT progress reports.
What will you be doing?
Review business requirements, user stories, issues log and clarify any ambiguity ensuring testing conditions are understood.
Develop, document and maintain UAT functional, end-to-end and regression test cases and other test artifacts.
Track and report the progress of test case execution.
Find and document unexpected behaviour, issues and bottlenecks.
Track and report all defect status and ensure resolution of defects according to schedule.
Execute UAT test plan and test cases within the agreed upon timelines to ensure the application is performing as expected.
Coordinate the test case execution with the different testers.
Help in the documentation of the process as part of the UAT output.
Capable of working with partners and leadership to identify business test scenarios based on requirements, acceptance criteria.
