Reporting to the Manager of Indirect Lending, we are looking for a self-motivated, determined and energetic Administrative Assistant to innovatively manage and work with our partner – Canada Drives during our day to day business operation at their corporate head office in Vancouver, British Columbia (Two Bentall Centre).

 

Responsibilities would include:

  • Working with our partner, you will be handling inquiries about potential loans, serving as their liaison with GoEasy ltd
  • Acting as an administrator for GoEasy and communicating and processing required documentation and loan funds for consumers
  • Processing customer information into system and giving them a final decision in terms of approval
  • Running credit checks for potential customers and responding promptly
  • Address inquiries via email and telephone channels
  • Communicating with clients and funding approved loans
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Achieve set monthly targets for assigned partners

  Key Results Areas   

  • Ensuring all processes/and or tasks are fully documented and/or maintained
  • Training other colleagues on processes handled
  • Ensure that the systems are used to their full capacity and constantly seek improvements, modifications and changes to further improve the efficiency of the organization

 

Qualifications attributes & competencies

  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume Administrative capacity is a strong asset
  • High attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and ability to interpret documentation in an effective and efficient manner
  • Experience in an administrative/support capacity and/or in the lending industry an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and effective manner
  • Able to handle various tasks as required

 Working Conditions  

  • Competitive Salary ($38,000)
  • Partner Corporate Office in Vancouver British Columbia
  • Schedule: 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday, after-hours and weekends as required
