We’re excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for a Manager, Affiliate Marketing – a key role focused on driving customer acquisition and accelerating revenue growth through innovative affiliate strategies. In this role, you will take the lead in developing, implementing and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs. We’re looking for someone who brings proven expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for building strong, lasting partnerships.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to expand goeasy’s reach and maximize campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize affiliate campaigns and report on ROI.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content and design teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the affiliate marketing budget and implement cost-effective strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain alignment with brand guidelines across all affiliate marketing efforts to strengthen brand image.

What experience do you have?

  • Minimum of 5 years in affiliate marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.

$110,435.10 - $149,500.00 CAD (includes base salary and bonus)
