We are seeking a District Sales Manager, Automotive Finance who will be responsible for overseeing LendCare’s Automotive Finance sales operations across the Western Canada region.
Day in the life of a District Sales Manager:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee both internal and external Automotive sales teams within the Western Canada regions.
- Sales Strategy: Monitor sales targets for sales managers, ensuring alignment with regional and departmental goals.
- Coaching and Development: Provide proactive coaching and performance monitoring for the sales team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Sales Planning: Coordinate and review monthly sales plans for each region to achieve organizational objectives in the Western Canada region.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels within the organization and with our Automotive partners.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the process of tracking the sales pipeline and operational metrics, delivering regular actionable insights to improve pipeline performance.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Maintain and leverage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner Engagement: Continuously increase engagement with partners in the region to provide continued growth in the market.
- Team Environment: Cultivate an open-communication environment to support team collaboration and success.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the Automotive industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in automotive finance sales management is essential.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage a high-performing sales team.
- Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sales track record of delivering continued growth.
- Communication Skills: Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work on-site in our Pickering, ON head office and accommodate travel to western regions (40%).
