About the Role: 

We’re seeking a dynamic Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our people strategy and optimizing key talent programs that support our high-growth organization. 

In this role, you’ll act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on partner across a broad range of HR disciplines, including performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and leadership development. With Canada-wide exposure and a particular focus on serving as a subject matter expert for the province of Quebec, you’ll provide thoughtful guidance and partnership to leaders and employees alike, ensuring alignment with our culture, values, and business objectives. 

What will you be doing?

  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to employees, supervisors, and managers, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and tailored solutions to advance business objectives. 
  • Manage HR initiatives across Canada and serve as a subject matter expert for the province of Quebec, ensuring compliance with provincial employment standards, language laws, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with leaders and HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards) to ensure client groups are effectively resourced and future-ready. 
  • Drive the Talent Management and Succession agenda, ensuring internal capability, development, and bench strength remain a top organizational priority. 
  • Coach and counsel leaders on performance management, employee relations, and progressive discipline up to and including termination, ensuring fair and compliant practices. 
  • Leverage workforce metrics and insights to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and design proactive strategies that strengthen team performance and engagement. 
  • Champion continuous improvement by streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee and leader experiences across the organization. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across all Canadian provinces, maintaining consistency while adapting to regional nuances. 
  • Lead or support enterprise HR programs and initiatives, ensuring effective rollout, communication, and adoption within assigned client groups. 
  • Facilitate annual performance management and succession planning cycles, partnering with leaders to identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent. 
  • Conduct or support employee investigations in collaboration with Legal or Internal Audit as required, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout. 
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and organizational initiatives, contributing strategic insight and solutions that drive people and business success. 

What experience do you have?

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a client-focused HR Business Partner or Generalist role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. 
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation considered an asset. 
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and verbal), with strong communication skills to support leaders and employees across regions.
  • Deep knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, and Health & Safety legislation, with specialized expertise in Quebec’s CNESST requirements.
  • Proven experience supporting diverse client groups, including senior leadership consultation, employee relations, and performance management. 
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to identify trends and translate workforce insights into actionable HR strategies. 
  • Hands-on experience leading HR programs or projects, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships at all levels. 
  • Curious, adaptable, and growth-minded, with a strong aptitude to learn and evolve in a high-growth, dynamic environment. 

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
