Our contact center plays a vital role in supporting over 400 retail locations across the country, helping Canadians reach their personal and financial goals. Through specialized, high-impact teams, we deliver the expert service, care, and support that fuel goeasy’s success.
A day in the life of a Legal Account Manager:
- Educate all branches in assigned region as required on recovery techniques, legal process, and procedures.
- Staying organized and manage deadlines with all required legal and administrative duties
- Manage your region’s revolving monthly PCO inventory to review and flag as “pre-lit”/” legal”
- Manage recovery portfolio of written off loans through action and activity; Phone calls, text messages, emails, required legal action including service of legal documents
- Proceed with legal action on delinquent accounts through the Small Claim Court process
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of related experience in a similar role
- 1-2 years Collections experience
- Post-Secondary Education preferred (College or University)
- Full Driver's License with access to vehicle
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, and work independently
- Well versed in Microsoft Office/SharePoint (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people at various levels across the organization
- Detail oriented and demonstrated ability for accuracy
Requirements for Internal Candidates:
- Must have been in your current role for at least 9 months
- Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
- In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
We are offering $43,680.00 - $47,320.00/annually CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
