Reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Planning & Reporting, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role that supports more than 400 team members across our easyfinancial, easyhome, LendCare, and Call Centre networks nationwide. As Manager, Channel Reporting, you won’t just be delivering reports—you’ll help shape how data is used to drive decisions across the organization. You’ll lead the evolution of our reporting capabilities, enabling teams with the insights they need to perform at their best and identify new opportunities for growth.

In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration to build scalable, automated reporting solutions that improve accessibility and efficiency. Working closely with Business Intelligence, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into meaningful, actionable insights that support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead multiple concurrent reporting and analytics initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation phases.
  • Design and oversee automated reporting solutions, and dashboards by partnering with Business Intelligence teams to develop, validate, and deploy metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Lead UAT processes, ensuring business requirements are met and solutions are production-ready.
  • Guide the extraction, transformation, and analysis of complex datasets to address business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and automation opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities.

What experience do you have?

  • Proven experience in analytics and reporting with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy); Python experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
