We are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator to help guide and maintain scalable practices to support a more effective and efficient marketing operation at goeasy. You will be the go-to person for all things digital marketing planning, quarterbacking our digital go-to-market efforts to ensure we build innovative and flexible strategies at scale. What you will do:
- Support the full funnel planning and execution of digital marketing programs, including channel segmentation, pacing, budget allocation and optimization
- Provide marketing project management support, playing an integral role from campaign ideation through to KPI setting and go-to-market implementation
- Support various teams in:
- digital creative asset trafficking
- creative Brief creation process
- the continual cycling of new creative into our digital channels
- production and socialization of campaign reporting and postmortems
- marketing coordination at a branch level
- Budget management
- Develop and maintain digital marketing service requests, intakes, and approval flows, ensuring proper governance of service-level agreements, quality control and approvals
- Assist in the production and socialization of campaign reporting and postmortems
- Assist in creation of digital marketing POVs and recommendations, as required
- Coordinate across the marketing team to ensure our digital strategies and tactics closely align to the team’s broader objectives
- Help manage our digital agency and MarTech partner relationships, including but not limited to, coordinating planning sessions, standing meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Instill process rigor around our organic search and SEO program, ensuring we’re coordinating resourcing and effort across our digital product, content marketing, engineering, and development teams
Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience working in a marketing operation and/or automation environment
- Ability to stay organized under conditions of multiple tasks and tight deadlines with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality of deliverables
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud user experience or any other marketing automation platform (“MAP”) experience, certifications would be a plus
- Resource Management tool experience (Jira, Workfront, Slack, Monday.com, etc.), certifications would be a plus
- Understanding and foundational knowledge of digital analytics and SEO best practices
- Ability to work with diverse skill sets, cultures, and backgrounds (from technical to strategic resources) and ease with navigating communication across multiple functions
