We are hiring for experienced Collectors for our Lendcare subsidiary!

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions
  • Perform Outbound Calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers
  • Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts
  • Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems
  • Manage accounts receivables by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans
  • Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills
  • Professionally negotiate with consumers and explore money sources to determine the best possible arrangement

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales, collections or a target-driven call center environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a high paced work environment
  • Availability to work fulltime in our office in Pickering, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM with one 1:00 – 9:00 PM shift within the week; one Saturday a month from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
