Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems, the Manager, Application Services will be responsible for the Financial Application Portfolio at goeasy. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting various development projects while leading a successful team. You will have extensive hands-on proven experience of leading system analysis, design & development in an enterprise environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage & lead onshore and offshore development teams / vendors.
  • Lead and drive the corporate financial ERP product (D365FO, FP&A) based on business objectives and requirements.
  • Using recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365FO functionality to create new features and/or fix reported issues and bugs.
  • Apply functional and technical understanding of Dynamics 365FO to develop new functionality and integrations with other systems as required to support business growth.
  • Participate in defect and major incident triage and work with teams until resolution.
  • Work with project managers to deliver broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences.
  • Manage requirements gathering processes, encompassing functional, system, and architectural requirements following agile methodology.
  • Assist in designing and building application, data, and technology specifications.
  • Oversee coding and configuration processes, including automated build and testing.
  • Drive end-to-end solution delivery for technology projects within agreed time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Support vendor management processes to ensure alignment with business needs and contractual Service Level commitments.
  • Hire, develop, coach, lead, and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that can assist in employing best-in-class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

What experience do you have?

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with configuring, developing, debugging, and testing Dynamics, AX, or other ERP platforms.
  • Computer Science or related degree.
  • Experience with Azure blob and Logic Apps.
  • Experience with Power Platform a strong asset.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
