We are looking for an administrative representative for our Lendcare subsidiary to deliver exceptional service to our partners across Canada. Working within our Partner Support team, this is a business-to-business role to help assist LendCare partners with any questions. The successful individual would have a customer service and an office admin background and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative support to partners.
- Coordinate and process partner agreements and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Update and maintain partner records in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve partner issues promptly and accurately.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures
Requirements:
- At least a 1 year of experience working customer service, sales, or admin roles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in high paced work environment.
- Experience in working with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
- Ability to speak French would be an asset but not required
- Availability to work fulltime, permanent in our office in Pickering, ON
Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:
- Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
- Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
- In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
Schedule: Shifts vary from 9:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am-5:00pm Saturdays.
