  • Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
  • Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices
  • Accurately complete all related paperwork and digital documentation
  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets

What You Bring

  • Automotive industry experience (Finance Services Manager or Business Manager background highly preferred)
  • Previous experience in managing sales of ancillary product is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in inside sales, telesales, or commission-based roles
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs through conversation
  • Highly process-driven, with a coachable mindset and commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

Schedule

  • Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, either 9AM-5PM or 11AM – 7PM (based on your preference), with occasional Saturdays (once a month)
  • Availability to work on-site in Pickering, ON

Compensation & Perks

  • Guaranteed base salary + high-earning commission structure
  • Top performers routinely earn $120,000 to $150,000+ annually
  • Warm Leads Only: No cold calling — all outreach is to existing customers
  • Medical and Dental Benefits, RRSP Matching, Matching Stock Plan, Vacation and Personal Days
  • Monthly incentives, performance bonuses, and recognition programs (such as trips for high performers!)
  • Access to training, coaching, and advancement opportunities
  • Career Growth: Join a thriving public company (goeasy Ltd.) consistently ranked among Canada’s fastest growing and admired cultures in Canada

This is more than a sales job — it’s a chance to become a key contributor in a customer-centric, high-performance team, helping Canadians make smarter choices about their financial protection and product ownership.
