We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative Services team. This role requires a strategic, insight-driven creative who can translate data, customer insights, and business goals into powerful design concepts and executions across Paid and Owned channels. You will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence while supporting brand marketing campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, and internal company programs.

What will you be doing?

  • Concept Development & Presentation
    • Develop and present data- and insight-backed creative concepts to stakeholders, balancing brand identity, customer needs, and performance objectives.
    • Translate strategic marketing briefs into creative that resonates with target audiences, delivers on campaign objectives, and stands out in competitive landscapes.
  • Creative Execution
    • Deliver channel-specific creative elements (digital, social, email, print, etc) that follow best practices and maximize performance.
    • Adapt and optimize creative across multiple formats and platforms while ensuring brand consistency & adherence to channel best-practices.
  • Creative Strategy & Testing
    • Champion a creative “test and learn” strategy, leveraging A/B testing, analytics, and performance insights to continuously refine design outputs across Paid & Owned channels.
    • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to integrate customer insights into creative decision-making.
  • Internal Creative Support
    • Design compelling creative assets to support internal company events, employee programs, and culture initiatives.
    • Ensure internal-facing creative is aligned with external brand identity and communicates with clarity and impact.

What experience do you have?

  • 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a financial services, fintech, or customer-centric industry.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma (or other modern design tools).
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media best practices, performance marketing, and multi-channel creative execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to inform design decisions.
  • Proven track record of delivering creative that drives marketing and business KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders of varying seniority.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across Paid and Owned digital channels, as well as brand and campaign assets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Experience supporting internal communications or employer brand initiatives.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
