As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the frontline of our customer experience, delivering exceptional service and supporting sales initiatives. You’ll engage with customers across voice and email channels, resolve inquiries, and identify opportunities to enhance their journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is eager to grow their skills in customer service and soft sales.

Day in the life of a Bilingual Customer Support Representative: 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across voice and email channels. 
  • Identify and support sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and lead nurturing. 
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while applying effective de-escalation techniques. 
  • Maintain performance standards including AHT, Call Quality, and First Call Resolution. 
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks and document customer interactions. 
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance service and sales skills. 
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience. 
  • Contribute to a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture. 

What we are looking for: 

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field. 
  • Must be proficient in English and French.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. 
  • Comfortable with soft sales techniques and lead generation. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an asset. 
  • Full-time, permanent availability to work in our Pickering, ON office 
  • Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).  
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
