The Customer Retention Specialist (CRS) is responsible for managing customer relationships as it relates to the retention of goeasy’s loan and value add products. Though inbound and outbound calls, the CRS is responsible for assessing the needs of the customer, uncovering the underlying cause for cancellation or payout requests and working with the customer to determine the appropriate solutions. Additionally, the CRS will be responsible for gathering information through conversations with customers to assist in the improvement of sales practices and the customer experience. What you need for the role
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with goeasy is preferred, but not required
- High level of computer literacy, Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) such that decisions and instructions/guidance can be conveyed in a clear manner.
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of all EFS policies and procedures!
- Exude confidence and decisiveness when making decisions.
- Reflect a positive and mature attitude towards teammates, peers, other employees and customers.
Additional Information:
Candidates must be comfortable to provide schedule flexibility to ensure the needs of our customers are met. The Customer Retention Specialist may be expected to take on additional duties over and above what their current job description as outline above.
