About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Facilitator.  As a key member of our Learning Experience function, you will have the opportunity to enhance and teach our virtual classrooms remotely!

The primary role of the Bilingual Facilitator, Learning Experience’s is to facilitate all aspects of the French and English language learning experience for goeasy, with the primary emphasis on French language FSR New Hire Classrooms. The Facilitator will conduct virtual learning sessions remotely. This individual will drive results from a learning perspective by ensuring that each trainee has the necessary skills required for success in their role. Further, they will represent the learner and act as an ambassador for their world-class learning experience by taking an active role in program evolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate learning programs, with an emphasis on the FSR New Hire Classroom.
  • Act as a frontline subject matter expert for the Learning Function.
  • Support the onboarding experience of our new hires and foster their integration into goeasy company culture.
  • Coordinate logistics for all learning events in partnership with the Learning Coordinator.
  • Evaluate knowledge transfer and learning impact, then propose recommendations to improve the learning experience.
  • Participate in continuous improvement team discussions, as we strive to create a best-in-class on-boarding experience for our new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills, in French and English (both are requirements).
  • Proven ability to develop FSRs within the Branch Manager capacity.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize work and tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently, while managing multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates a strong orientation to detail, and a high degree of quality and accuracy in performance.
  • High level of computer literacy, with intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Post-Secondary education specializing in Adult Education/Training in an asset.
  • A minimum of 2- 5 years of combined experience in both field operations and training.
